1. Terms of Service
By accessing 99Craft (99craft.in) or purchasing any service, including the YouTube Monetization Program (₹1,999 / 2 months), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
99Craft provides digital development, web customization, SEO optimization, and channel growth consultancy services. All services are subject to client compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform guidelines (such as Google LLC and YouTube policies).
2. 100% Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Our YouTube Monetization Program is backed by a 60-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If your YouTube channel is not approved for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) within 60 days of enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund of ₹1,999.
Refund Guarantee Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 100% money-back guarantee, the client must fulfill the following reasonable action steps during the 60-day program:
- Consistent Uploads: Upload at least 2 original videos per week (minimum 16 original long-form videos or shorts across the 60-day period).
- Guidelines Compliance: Content must adhere to YouTube's Community Guidelines, Copyright Rules, and Monetization Policies (no reused content, copyright strikes, or community violations).
- Follow Strategy: Implement the video SEO, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails provided during weekly growth check-ins.
How to claim a refund: Send a screenshot of your YouTube Studio monetization tab showing non-monetized status after Day 60 to hello@99craft.in. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-eligible cases: Channels that are terminated by YouTube for policy violations, abandoned without uploads, or use fake bot views/subscribers are not eligible for a refund.
3. Payments & Billing Terms
All fees are transparent flat rates with no hidden costs or recurring subscriptions.
- Indian Payments (Razorpay): Processed securely via Razorpay supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments in INR (₹).
- International Payments (Stripe): Processed securely via Stripe supporting major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) in USD ($) or local currencies.
- Payment Security: 99Craft does not store payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information collected during checkout (Name, Email, WhatsApp Phone Number, YouTube Channel URL) is strictly used for order fulfillment, program onboarding, and service communications.
- We never sell, rent, or share your contact details with third-party marketers.
- Analytics tracking (Google Analytics) is used solely to monitor site performance and user experience.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
